Google Forms allows you to create, share, and check responses, how to check Google Forms, and everything else that you need to know about this tool.

Steps to Create, Share, and Check Responses are- 

• Visit docs.google.comforms. 

• Move to +icon to start creating a blank new form or you can either select a template. Click on Create new form to start from scratch. 

• Now add a title, and description. 

• Users also can add questions by clicking on the +icon from the toolbar. 

• Additionally, users can import questions, import questions, add subtitles, and descriptions, add photos, add video, and create a separate section in your form. 

• Click on the Preview icon under Settings that allow you to show you how your form looks when others open it. 

Steps to design forms

• Click on the Customize Theme icon, next to the Preview icon. 

• Select a preload image as the header or select to use a personal photo as well. 

• Select a theme color of the header image or choose it according to your liking. The background color depends on the Theme color you select. 

• Choose from four different font styles. 

Steps to Field Options

• Once you are done with questions, select how to want others to answer your questions.

• The options include Short answer, that is perfect for giving a one line answer, and there’s Paragraph, that asks the respondent for a detailed answer. 

• Also set the answer type to be as Multiple choice, checkboxes or dropdown. 

• Switch to selecting Linear for setting a scale for your respondents, offering to select from lower to higher options. Those users who want to add more columns, and rows in multiple choice questions, Choose Multiple Choice Grid or Checkbox Grid. 

• Users can also ask respondents to answer in the form of adding files. Like photos, videos, documents, etc. Also select to set the files as well as the size limit. 

• Also select Date, and Time respectively. 

• At last to create a duplicate field, tap on hitting duplicate, and remove by clicking on Delete. 

Steps to share responses

• Click on the three dots icon, and tap on Add Collaborators.

• Add the emails with whom you want to collaborate with or copy, and share the link with thor party apps such as WhatsApp Web, or Facebook Messenger. 

• Once you are done, click on Send to share your form via email or share it as a link. Just shorten the URL, and also go with the embed option to embed the form on your website. 

Steps to see responses

• Move to Google form that you can evaluate. 

• Once loaded, switch to the responses tab. First disable Accepting Responses so that the respondents can’t make further changes to the form. 

• Also check for the Summary tab to search at the performance of all the respondents. 

• Question tab helps you to evaluate the responses by choosing each question one by one.

• At last, Individual tab allows to evaluate the individual performance of each respondent.
