An eSIM makes it much easier to switch mobile networks. Instead of needing to order a new SIM, waiting for it to arrive, then inserting it into your phone, you can switch to a different network with a phone call or online. 

STEPS TO Enable and Setup eSIM on Android & iOS-

On Android-

• Go to “Setting”, and tap on “Connections”. 

• Then Go to “Sim Card Manager & click on “Add Mobile Plan”. 

• Choose the Add Using QR Code option. 

• Now you have to scan the QR code on your mail. 

• After scanning, click on Add which will add the eSIM to your device. 

On iOS- 

• Go to “Settings, and click on “Mobile Data”. 

• Choose Add Data Plan. 

• Scan the QR Code

•  Then select Add Data Plan and choose the Data Plan Labels. 

• Tap on “Continue”. 

Here your eSIM is fully activated and configured. 

STEPS TO ACTIVATE YOUR JIO eSIM

• Call on the no. “1977”.

• Then places a 5-digit verification code. 

• If encase didn’t receive an OTP then call on the no. “1977 or 1800-890-1977. 

• Enter the five-digit T-PIN.

• Then place the last 4-digit no. of your Aadhaar Card. 

• At last, your JIO SIM will be activated.
