iOS offers a new feature to the Safari browser to close inactive tabs after a set duration. Users can automatically close open Safari tabs after a day, a week or a month. 

Steps to Automatically Close Inactive Safari Tabs on your iPhone or iPad

• Move to ‘Settings’>’Safari.

• Switch down to the TABS section.

• Click on the ‘Close Tabs’

• Choose ‘After One Day, After One Week, or After One Month’.
