STEPS TO CHECK JIO BALANCE USING MYJIO APP

• Move to your MyJio app, and click on the Login with SIM or login using OTP.

• Once done, the app shows you the Jio balance, and validity on the home screen. Click on the view details button available below your existing plan to view the available amoth of free SMS messages, data, and voice call quota.

• Additionally, users can tap on the hamburger menu icon, and then click on ‘My Plans’ options. This allows you to see the existing plan details including the available SMS message, data, and voice call benefits. 

• Users can check the remaining balance of your data allocation, and view recent usage of the given data, voice call, SMS message, and Wi-Fi benefits by clicking on the ‘Check Usage’ option from the homescreen.

Reliance Jio allows users to check your plan vouchers or buy, transfer, or redeem vouchers from the MyJio app. Just move back to the ‘My Vouchers’ by clicking on the hamburger menu icon.

• Visit Jio.com from your Web browser, and tap on the Sign In option.

• This allows you to choose whether you want to check the details of your Jio mobile connection, a JioFi hotspot device, a Jio Fiber broadband connection, or a Jio Link set-top box. 

• Click on the Mobile option, and enter your Jio number by clicking on the Generate OTP option.

• Enter the 6-digit OTP that you received on your smartphone, and tap on the Submit button.

• Once OTP is accepted successfully, the site will let you know about the balance, and validity details of your connection.

• Open your default messaging app, and then enter “BAL”.

• Send this to 199. Jio will then send you the details in response to your SMS message.
