How To Clean Other Storage ON AN Android

Basically, the miscellaneous files in your android system that piles up data and cover your phone memory. These may contain system file data as well as data from the applications installed on your phone. To delete other files, Go to security app>cleaner>select deep clean>delete unwanted files. 

You also have your app’s images and video, audio, cached data (temporary data from a website or app designed to make them load and the ‘other’ file. On IOS, you can see them anytime you connect your phone up to iTunes while android users can see it. 

App cache is similar to browser cache. It’s small bits of information stored to speed up your experience using an app, clearing caches is a quick and easy way to free up space and (hopefully) fix a misbehaving app, clearing app cache will not delete app data like account information.

1- Easily Free up Space in your phone

1- The best option is to start by deleting downloads, unnecessary apps, and photos, videos. (For this go to setting>storage and tapping on “free up space”).
2- As we all know that photos and videos are backed up to google drive, deleting them doesn’t affect your ability to view them on your phone for this you just required an internet connection. 
3- There is also a “free up space”, where you will able to see the apps which haven’t been used in at least 90 days ( Just go to settings>application>application manager) 

Remove App data & Cache files

1- There are some apps that create cache files-bits of data created as you use an app in order to make the app run faster. These files can build up to quite a size- but, they can safely be deleted. (Go to settings>storage>other apps to see a list of your downloaded apps). 

3- Check applications containing a lot of space-

1- The storage manager also shows how much space various categories of apps take up compared with others. You can easily delete them if they are not in use. To delete an app, tap to open, then hit uninstall. 

4- CompileSort down all photos in your phone

1- Go and select “device folders”, where all photos are categorized as screenshots, Facebook, Instagram pics, and videos, etc in various apps. You can delete this folder here- by tapping on the folder, then the top-right menu. 

5- Also, check down your Song list
1- Maximum everyone using Google’s Play Music app which automatically downloads songs and uploaded music to your device that has a ton of media on your device which doesn’t really need to be there. For storage space go to play music>Settings>Downloading>Manage downloads. To clear out these downloads tap on music>songs. 

“ For cleaning up space in your phone, just go settings, then Apps or Applications. Then you can able to see the space of all the applications used. Tap on any app then taps storage. Tap “clear storage” and “clear cache” for any apps that are using a lot of space.
