STEPS TO ENABLE FALL DETECTION ON THE APPLE WATCH

• Switch to Watch app on your iPhone. 

• Then move to the My Watch tab.

• Click on Emergency SOS.

• Allow Enable the Fall Detection. 

Now you will need to set up your Medical ID that allows you to contact emergency services. Here you will also add your close one for emergency contacts. Basically, when you add them then they get a message notification that states your emergency service along with your location. 

• Go to Settings> Health> Medical ID on your iPhone. 

• Now click on Create Medical ID.

• Click on add emergency contact, and choose the contacts that you want to ping in case of an emergency.
