1- Remove downloaded podcasts

1- When you download a podcast to your iPhone, you can listen to it offline, like on an airplane or while out on a hike with little to no cellular service. You can also delete a downloaded podcast from your iPhone, and it’s as simple as swiping. 

STEPS - Launch the podcasts app>Find the podcast with the episode you wish to delete>Swipe left>Tap “Delete”. 

2- Delete all your reading list

1- Open your reading list and swipe left on the item you wish to delete, then tap delete. Alternatively, tap edit and select multiple pages to remove from your reading list at once.

4- Stop the photostream

STEPS- Scroll down & select the iCloud option>Scroll down and select the photos option>Move the slider to the right of My Photo Stream from the right to the left. 

5- Delete all your storing texts 
1- When you delete a message, attachment, or conversation on one device, it deletes from all of your devices. This can help free up some space in your iCloud storage while keeping the rest of your conversation up to date across your devices. If you turn off Messages in iCloud history is included in a separate iCloud backup. 

On Your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch- 
Tap Settings>Tap iCloud>Tap Manage Storage>Tap Messages, then tap Disable & Delete. 

6- Clear the caches 
1- In your iPhone, there are many popular apps that gathered hundreds of wasteful items, such as Instagram maximum contain 38 MB of temporary cache files, 151 items, and Facebook maximum contain 79 MB of temporary files, 561 items. 

For cleaning up go to settings>then apps settings>Select all the apps>Tap on the app you wish to clean>select clear cache and clear data.
