• Go to your “Whatsapp”, Press the three-dots. 

• Tap on “Settings”>” Account”. 

• Go to “Privacy”>” Groups”. The default setting is likely to be set to ‘everyone. 

• Users have 3 options- ‘Everyone’, ‘My Contacts’, and ‘My Contacts Except’. 

• The ‘Everyone’ option lets any user add to a group. 

• The ‘My Contact’ option lets only the contact user of your contact list. 

• The ‘My Contacts Except’ option only those users who can add you to groups, and removed the contacts you don’t want to add to the group.
