Steps to rectify errors in the COVID-19 Vaccine certificate are as follows- 

• Go to the website COWIN.gov.in and click to Registersign in yourself at the top. 

• Then enter the mobile number that you used to register for vaccination and tap Get OTP. 

• Enter the OTP and tap to verify and proceed. 

• Click on the Raise an issue option at the top> Choose the member> Choose Correction in the certificate. 

• Then you have to select the details you want to edit on your vaccine certificate. Note that only two things can be edited from the name, date of birth, gender, and Aahdaar card number PAN card passport number.

• At last enter the correct information, and tap on “continue”, and Submit.
