STEPS TO SLOW DOWN & SPEED UP VIDEOS IN ADOBE PREMIERE PRO

• First Launch Adobe Premiere Pro, and select the video preferences according to your needs.

• Import the video. For that Switch to File>Import. On Windows, Press CTRL+I, and On Mac, Command I. The Premiere Pro also helps to drag & drop the video.

• Drag the selected video clip into the timeline. You can also save them with the assigned name.

• The more you stretch, the more it slows down the video.
