• On the Jio website enter your name, and registered Jio Postpaid number. 

• Tap on GenerateOTP, and enter the OTP> Tap on “Validate”. 

• Choose the “I am interested in Prepaid option”, and Tap on “Port to Jio”.

• Now for SIM delivery fill in the delivery address, and Tap on “Submit Port to Jio request”.
