Zoom offers a variety of features, just go with the steps to use the zoom meeting app on your computer. 

STEPS TO USE ZOOM MEETING APP ON YOUR COMPUTER-

• Move to the Zoom app on your computer.

• Tap on the Join a Meeting button from the default screen.

• Now the screen will show you to enter the Meeting ID or the Personal Link Name to join in a meeting. Users can change your name, and enabledisable the options to connect to your audioshow your video. 

• Tap on the Join button to join the meeting. 

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS-

• Move to the Zoom app on your computer. 

• Tap on the Sign In button to sign in with your existing account. Just Sign Up by clicking the Sign Up Free Link available on the Sign In screen. Additionally, you can use your existing Single sign-on (SSO) credentials or use an existing Google or Facebook account.

• Once done, join an existing zoom meeting by clicking on the Join button from the homescreen. 

STEPS TO HOST A ZOOM MEETING ON WINDOWS OR MAC

• Move to the Zoom app on your computer.

• Tap on the Sign In button. 

• On the homescreen, just click on the New Meeting button. Disable the video by tapping the downward icon beneath the New Meeting button. 

• Tap on the button to load a screen to provide you with details such as Meeting Topic, Host Name, Password, Numeric Password for telephone, and room systems, invitations URL, and Participant ID. Users can also invite other people to share your screen with them. 

• Once Finished, tap on the end meeting button to conclude it. Tap on the End Meeting for All to terminate it for all participants. Users can leave the meeting at your end, and make someone else as a host by clicking the leave meeting button. 

STEPS TO SCHEDULE A ZOOM MEETING ON WINDOWS, MAC

• Move to the zoom app on your system.

• Sign In to the app with your credentials or make a new account. 

• Now tap on the schedule button to schedule a meeting.

• Users have to enter the topic of your scheduled meeting, choose an appropriate date & time, create a password, and choose options to enabledisable the meeting for telephone or computer users.

• Once done with details, users have the option to set an iCal, Google Calendar, or other calendar invites.

• Now tap on the Schedule button to schedule your meeting.

• Meeting will disappear on the screen of your Zoom app. Users can check for all the upcoming meetings or access the recording of your existing meetings by going to the Meetings tab.
