Steps to Collaborate via PC or Mac 

• Go to your document in Microsoft Word on your computer. 

• Move to File>Save As>, and save the file to OneDrive. Now save the file in the cloud. 

• Now tap on Share, and users can also add the people you want to collaborate with. 

• Tap on those people who can view to choose, to share, and whether to allow them to edit the document. Allow editing helps these people to edit, and block download allow from downloading the document. 

• Click on Apply. Enter the contact details of the people whom you want to share the file with, and you can copy the link =, and share it via third party services such as WhatsAppFacebook Messenger. 

• At last, click on Send to share your file with others.
