STEPS TO TRANSCRIBE OR DICTATE AUDIO WITH WORD ONLINE-

• Switch to Microsoft Word online, and log in to your account.

• Now, create a new document. 

• Tap on the down to dictate, and tap on Transcribe. 

• Just go with two options- Upload Audio, and Begin with recording. 

• Move, and hit Upload Audio to upload an audio file for transcription. Refresh the page, and upload audio files in wav, M4a, MP4, and MP3 formats. 

• Now the transcription will be available to you. 

• The file is transcribed, you can edit a segment by tapping on the pencil icon, and atlast click on the tick icon to confirm. 

• Also add the whole transcription to a document by tapping on Add all to document or users can also add a specific section by hovering over the cursor, and tap on (+). 

• Just play with the audio controls. 

• Users can also record your audio, and transcribe in real time. 

• From the home tab, tap on the Dictate, tap on Transcribe. 

• Tap on Start Recording to start the procedure. 

• Tap on Save, and transcribe now to save your file. 

• Repeat the steps to edit or make changes.
